When you lose someone special, your grief might feel overwhelming. It is important to allow yourself to experience your emotions and express them in a way that is meaningful for you. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, but it is important to reach out for support when you need it. We are here to walk the journey through grief alongside you. The Caring Cup

Everyone experiences losses in their life. You are not alone. We want to provide a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for you to connect and share with others who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings. Please join us once a month for coffee, treats and friendship as we face the challenges of life after loss together. Our goal is that this be a time of fellowship, support and encouragement.

Date: The 3rd Thursday of each month (excluding national holidays)

Time: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
