Timmy was born August 17, 1999 in Perham to Brian Hauge and Gail (Brown) Morton. Timmy attended middle school in Perham and graduated from Fosston (MN) High School in 2018. He attended college in Thief River Falls, MN for a year and his future plans included working this summer and then moving to Duluth, MN to continue his education in physics. Traveling to Japan next spring was also in his plans. Timmy was very ambitious and had many hopes and dreams.
Timmy was a kind and gentle soul with a big heart. He genuinely cared for others which was evidenced by the friends and family that gathered around him. His family was very near and dear to him. He spent hours talking with his family and would sit on the arm of the chair hoping he could fit on his mom’s lap. Timmy had a special bond with his sister, Faith and they would stay up at night for hours just talking.
Timmy enjoyed playing his guitar. He also played the ukulele, especially “Banana Pancakes” for his sister Faith. This summer, one of Timmy’s goals was to learn how to code games. His cat, Hasina would always be nearby.
Timmy is survived by his father Brian Hauge of Deer Creek, MN; his mother Gail (Jonathan) Morton of Fosston; his siblings Kayla (Shane) Rader of Frazee, MN, April Hauge of Fosston, Carlee Hauge of Lake Park, MN, Faith Hauge of Fosston and Billy Morton of Fosston; maternal grandmother Deloris Brown of Richville; great-grandma Louise Morton; along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
