Miles Femling

Miles K. Femling, age 16, of Vergas, MN, died Thursday, December 13, 2018 in his home.  Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 16th at Schoeneberger Funeral & Cremation Service, Perham, MN.  Visitation will resume from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 17th followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Loon Lake, Vergas.  Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Dent, MN.

Miles was born May 23, 2002, the son of Missy Klever and Kyle Femling, in Fargo, ND. Miles was a brilliant, kind, and caring soul who excelled in many ways. He loved space and science and dreamed of working for NASA. He was an important part of the Zorbaz community, loved by all, and touched many lives with his warmth and gentle kindness. He is remembered by his brothers and cousins as a family favorite, playing violin at family gatherings, being a fierce chess player, and always ready to game with his brothers at anytime.

Surviving Miles is his mother Missy (Mike Sonnenberg) Klever and his father Kyle Femling; his siblings Fred and Arthur Femling; his maternal grandparents Harry and Linda Klever; his great-grandma Bonnie Masloski; his great-grandparents Harry and Hulda Klever; and his paternal grandparents Annie and Danny Graba. Miles is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins: Karla (Jeremy) Rosenau (Meadow and Logan); Autumn (Gordon Mallory) Klever (Cavan, Hadrian, and Arabella); Stephany Klever (Brandon, DiAngelo and DiAngelie); Jon Femling (Eyob, Tesfaye, Israel, and Lewi); Bobby (Amanda) Femling (Braden, Sam, Parker, Ally, Morgan, Miley, and Robert D.); Abby (Craig) Current (Morgan, Aubrey and Macie); Sarah (Patrick) Drury; Amy (Shannon) Dykhoff (Kaiden, Lilly, and Amelia); Rich (Denise) Graba (Kody, Brittney, Kayla, Chase, and Broc); Wendy (Kelly) Pickar (Aaron, Ashley, Jared, and Bryce); Jennifer (Jason) Graba; Tiffany (Paul) Graba (Autumn and Austin). Miles is also survived by numerous great aunts and uncles and special friends.

Preceding Miles in death was his paternal grandpa Kenneth Femling; and his maternal great-grandpa Ray Masloski.
