Michelle K. Fenske, age 42 of Oakes, ND formerly of Ottertail, MN died Friday, September 8, 2017 in Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND. Visitation will be Thursday, September 14 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church near Ottertail. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Michelle was born October 10, 1974 in Wadena, MN the daughter of Orville and Gladys (Smith) Fenske. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John’s Lutheran Church near Ottertail, which she was still a member. Michelle graduated Perham High School in 1993 and attended junior college in Fergus Falls, MN. In 1997, she earned her Registered Lab Tech degree from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Most recently, Michelle worked at the Oakes, ND hospital as a lab tech. She loved her three cats.
Surviving Michelle are her parents Orville and Gladys of Ottertail; and her brother Brian of Ottertail.
Preceding Michelle in death was her brother Terry.
