Mary Ann was born on May 19, 1944 the daughter of Ralph and Inez (Snyder) Wasche in Perham, MN. She was the eldest daughter of 13 children. She graduated from Perham High School and went on to receive her nursing degree from Wahpeton State College of Science.
She met and married LeeRoy C. Vetsch. They made their home in Fargo, ND where they raised five children.
Mary Ann will be remembered most for her artistic talents and creativity. Those who knew her will always remember her infectious smile, great laugh, sense of humor, and ability to unconditionally love.
The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff at Villa Maria Healthcare and Hospice of the Red River Valley.
Mary Ann is survived by her five children, Darin (Patti) Vetsch; Mariena (Bruce) Draeger; Teresa (Dane) Longbella; Jonathan (Megan) Vetsch; and Mary (Aaron) Dukop; ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; and twelve siblings, Ralph (Debbie) Wasche; Martin (Mary) Wasche; Bob (Sharon) Wasche; Bernice Wasche; Gerard Wasche; Joyce (Paul) Molitor; Joan Fudge; Edith Wasche; Karen (Keith) Newton; Stephen (Linda) Wasche; Stella (Dean) Mills; and Amy (Bill) Marshall.
Preceding Mary Ann in death are her parents, Ralph and Inez (Snyder) Wasche.
