Martin "Marty" A. Navin

Martin “Marty” Navin was born on August 17, 1957 in Boylston, MA. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on August 16, 2023.

He grew up sailing and skiing competitively. Marty was a master carpenter who spent the majority of his later years in Ottertail, MN. He enjoyed sailing, pontooning, fishing, tubing down the Otter Tail River, and horseback riding with family and friends.

Marty was preceded in death by his mother Ann; father Vincent; and brother Jeffrey.

He is survived by his loving wife Desiree; daughters Stephanie Wamback of Woodstock, CT and Kathryn (John) Hart of Ottertail, MN; grandchildren Angelo, Donela, Natalie, Killian, and Dylan; brothers Vincent ll, Barry, and James; nephews Jesse, Joseph, Micheal, and Timothy; along with many great nephews, nieces, and dear friends.

Marty had an impossible wit that was only matched by his quick and infectious laugh. He stole every room he walked into and no doubt will be delightfully remembered and missed dearly.

A private memorial will be held at a later date in Boylston, MA.
