Marguerite "Marge" V. Edwards, age 89, of Perham, MN, and formerly of Hopkins, MN, died Monday, January 8, 2007, at the Golden LivingCenter-Henning, Henning, MN.
Marge was born November 2, 1917, in Barlett Township, Verndale, MN, the daughter of Henry and Ruth (Deadrick) Piere. On December 19, 1960, she was united in marriage to Leo T. Edwards in Dillson, South Carolina.
Marge requested no services but prefers you remember the last phone call or the last time you had coffee together. No flowers, please. Memorials may be to the church of your choice.
Marge is survived by one brother, Mervin, Great Bend, NY; five nephews, one niece, an aunt, cousins, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
Marge is preceded in death by her husband, Leo Edwards, her parents, three brothers, a nephew, and a great nephew. Burial will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
