Loretta Ardell Lein, age 87 of Perham, Minnesota passed away quietly on July 6th in the Burlington Household of Perham Living. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 beginning at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Perham with Pastor Carl Noble officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 from 1:00-2:00 PM at the Perham Living Chapel and also from 5:00-8:00 PM at Schoeneberger Funeral Home. Burial will take place in St. Henry's Catholic Cemetery in Perham.
Loretta Ardell Ebberson was born on February 7, 1926, the daughter of Joe and Amanda (Rosenow) Ebberson. She attended Perham High School and worked as a waitress at several restaurants including Eagles and Ebling's Cafes. On January 19, 1948 Loretta married Norbert Lein. They made their home in Perham their entire lives. Loretta enjoyed family and friends and loved cooking and sports, especially the Twins.
Surviving Loretta is her daughter, Gloria (Mike) Lord of Zimmerman, Minnesota; her son, Larry of Apple Valley, Minnesota; her son, Tim of Ottertail, Minnesota; and her daughter Brenda, (Rick) Vizenor of Frazee, Minnesota; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Preceding Loretta in death is her husband, Norbert; two sisters and one brother.
