Gary C. Duncan

Gary Charles Duncan of Ottertail, MN, passed away Sunday April 2, 2023, at his home with his wife by his side. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Methodist Free Church in Motley, MN.  Pastor Jim Johnson will be officiating. Fellowship and visitation with family and friends will follow.

Gary was born May 26, 1947, to Charlie and Norma (Thorkelson) Duncan in Minneapolis, MN. On June 14, 1965, he married the love of his life Linda Jenkins in Motley. He was dedicated to his family and friends and enjoyed his work.

Gary is survived by his wife Linda Duncan; his sons Cody (Dixie) Duncan of Moorhead, MN and Chawn (Shelby) Duncan of Lander, WY; his daughter Cami Gilbertson of Charleston, SC; six granddaughters Jessica Thompkins, Samantha and great-grandson Bentley, Morgan Duncan, Brooke Duncan, Brynn Goggleye, and Alaina Duncan; sister Janice Graham; and his brother Greg Duncan.

Gary was preceded death by his parents Charlie and Norma; sister Sandy; father and mother-in-law Lavern and Hulda Jenkins; sister-in-law Vicky Jenkins; brother-in-law Randy Jenkins; and son-in-law Andy Gilbertson.
