Dwight Evan Myers, 70, Minot, formerly of Perham, MN, joined his wife, Linda in heaven on May 28, 2024 after a short, intense battle with cancer, surrounded by his loving children.
Dwight was born December 31, 1953 in Minot, the son of William C. “Bill” and Vivian R. (Demaree) Myers. He graduated from Minot High School in 1972. He was united in marriage to Linda Baumgart on June 28, 1975. From this union they were blessed with two children: Chad Evan and Chasity Lee.
Throughout the years they lived in Perham, MN, Minot, Berthold and Kalispell, MT. He had been employed with Kemper Construction, Kenny’s Candy Company and had started All Trade Equipment Company. His wife, Linda died in 1997. He was a simple man. A “jack of all trades”. A perfectionist and was dearly loved by his family and friends. May God bless his loving memory.
His loving family includes, his children, Chad (Angie) Myers and Chasity (Rick) Johnson; grandchildren, Dylan (Alexis), Samantha and Riley Myers; Mylinda and Paige Johnson; great granddaughter, Marleigh Myers; siblings, Darroll (Joan), Ray, ND; Dallas (Linda), Minot, Dean (Cathie), Canton, GA, Dale (Jodi), Minot, Darcy (Kari) of Surrey, ND, Darin (Carmen), Surrey, Dee Ann (Chuck) Schmidt, Surrey; and a host of other extended family members.
Dwight was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Linda.
Celebration of Life Service: Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. in First Baptist Church, Minot.

Interment: Sunday, June 2 at 3:00 p.m. at Perham City Cemetery, Perham, MN.
Celebration of Life Reception: following interment to be held at Perham Center for the Arts (old St. Stanislaus Catholic Church) until 5:00 p.m.
