Donna Jane Starkweather, loving wife and mother, age 46, of Perham, MN, died unexpectedly Thursday, March 16, 2006 at MeritCare Medical Center, Fargo, ND. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 22 at 11:00 am at Schoeneberger Funeral Home with Pastor Dirk Currier officiating. Burial will follow in the Perham Village Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 21 at Schoeneberger Funeral Home from 4:00 - 8:00 pm and one hour prior to services.
Donna was born January 16, 1960, in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of Emery and Dolores (Swoke) Starkweather. She spent most of her life there until moving to Perham in 1998. Donna took a job with Dean's Country Market in Perham in their deli department. She loved to cook and see her friends eating, laughing, and having a good time.
Donna is survived by her husband, George Schilling, Perham, MN; two daughters, Amanda Schilling, Perham, MN; and Ashley Schilling, Perham, MN; grandchild on the way; and mother-in-law, Clara Ward, Crystal, MN.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Steve, Butch, and Jim Starkweather; and grandson, Joshua Schilling.
