Donald Bankroft Adams, age 63, of Perham, MN, died Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at his home. Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2005, 11:00 am, at Schoeneberger Funeral Home Perham, MN with Reverend Del Meyer officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Don was born May 24, 1942 in Chenute, KS, the son of Donald and Marguerite (Dickerhoof) Adams. He spent four years in the Air Force in electronics but loved country living and cows and had farmed since 1978. He married Faye Gullingsrud in Frazee, MN, on July 31, 1982. Don loved old cars and had restored about four of them but his real interest was in airplanes. He had spent his childhood days at his uncle's airport in Kansas and had quite a collection of almost every old plane there was. Don could look at a plane flying overhead and tell you just what kind it was.
Don is survived by his wife, Faye, Perham, MN; twin sons, Dale "Jordan" Adams, CA; and Don Adams, Albuquerque, NM; and stepson, Lonny (Julie) Jenson, Superior, WI.
